このプライバシーポリシーは、tworks（以下「サービス提供者」）が商業サービスとして開発したモバイルデバイス用アプリケーション「PolyBeat」（以下「アプリケーション」）に適用されます。 本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されます。
2. アプリケーションはどのような情報を収集し、どのように利用されますか？
アプリケーション自体はユーザー登録を必要とせず、 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を直接収集しません。
ただし、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています。 AdMobは以下の情報を自動的に収集する場合があります。
- 広告ID
- デバイス情報
- IPアドレス
- アプリ利用情報
- Cookieまたは類似技術
これらの情報は、Googleおよびそのパートナーにより、 広告サービスの提供および改善のために利用される場合があります。

3. アプリケーションは正確なリアルタイムの位置情報を収集しますか？
アプリケーションは、モバイルデバイスから 正確な位置情報を収集しません。
4. 第三者による情報の取扱い
アプリケーションではGoogle AdMobを使用しているため、 広告配信目的でGoogleが情報を収集・処理する場合があります。
サービス提供者は、個人情報を第三者へ販売または共有しません。
5. オプトアウト（情報収集を停止する方法）
アプリケーションをアンインストールすることで、 情報収集を停止できます。
また、広告設定は端末の設定から変更できます。

iPhone / iPad: 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング
6. 子どもについて
アプリケーションは13歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、 サービス提供者は子どもの個人情報を故意に収集しません。
子どもが個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、 お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
7. セキュリティ
サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の機密性保護に努めています。 アプリケーション自体は個人情報を直接収集しませんが、 第三者広告サービスが取り扱うデータについては、 それぞれの事業者のセキュリティ方針に従って管理されます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新されることがあります。 変更があった場合は、このページを更新することでお知らせします。
継続してアプリケーションを利用された場合、 更新後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
9. 同意
アプリケーションを利用することにより、 本プライバシーポリシーに記載された情報処理に同意したものとみなされます。

This privacy policy applies to the application "PolyBeat" (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by tworks (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application itself does not require user registration and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
However, the Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information automatically, including:

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
